Proof approval and cancellations

Every custom design receives a proof for your review before printing. Review all names, numbers, spelling, colors, logos and layout carefully. Request any changes through WARP HQ before approving your proof.

You may cancel your order before approving the proof. Once you approve the proof, your order is considered in production and cannot normally be canceled. This does not override the shipping-delay rights described below or other rights required by law.

Custom products and refunds

Refunds are available for verified defective products. A design detail or mistake that was present in the proof you approved is not a product defect and does not qualify for a refund.

If your finished product does not match the approved proof, please contact us so we can review the issue.

Report a defect within 7 days

Please report product defects within 7 days of delivery. Contact info@warpmx.com or use our contact form. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos so we can review it. Contact us before sending anything back.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Production and shipping

Production takes 3 business days, counted from the first business day after proof approval. Shipping transit time is additional. We ship within the United States.

If we cannot meet the promised shipping timeframe, we will notify you and provide any delay-consent, cancellation and refund options required by law.
