Your information at WARP

This policy explains how Warp Design (WARP) uses information collected through warpmx.com. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to info@warpmx.com or our contact form.

Information you provide

We collect the information you provide when you create an account, place an order, request a quote, contact us, or use WARP HQ. This can include your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order history, rider names and numbers, saved bikes, product selections, uploaded artwork and photos, design notes, and proof revisions and approvals.

If you manage riders or submit photos for someone else, provide only information you are authorized to share. Parents and guardians should manage orders and rider information for children. Please do not upload sensitive information that is not needed for your order.

How we use information

We use information to maintain your account and saved builds; prepare quotes, artwork and proofs; process payments; produce and deliver orders; support reorders; answer questions; and protect the website against fraud and abuse. Order and account emails include password setup, order updates and proof notifications.

We do not sell customer lists or use your customer information for promotional email lists or targeted advertising.

Payments and service providers

Payments are handled through Square and the payment methods offered at checkout. These providers process payment information under their own privacy policies. WARP receives information needed to confirm and manage payments, such as transaction status and payment references. Do not send card details through our contact form or artwork uploads.

We use service providers to operate our WordPress/WooCommerce website, including Bluehost for hosting, payment processing, email delivery, website security and delivery services. Information is shared as needed to provide those services. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect forms against automated abuse. We may also disclose information when required by law or to investigate fraud and protect legal rights.

Cookies and technical information

The website uses cookies and similar storage for functions such as sign-in, shopping carts, saved selections and security. Website and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, and request logs. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent account and checkout features from working.

Where a page includes third-party content or payment tools, those providers may receive technical information when the content loads or you interact with it. Their privacy practices apply to their services. Links to other websites do not place those websites under WARP’s control.

Gallery photos and featured riders

Photos submitted specifically to the customer gallery are reviewed before public display. If approved and published, the photo and accompanying public caption can be viewed by other visitors. Featured rider photos and biographies are also public when published. Order artwork and proof submissions are not requests to feature your work in the gallery.

Submit only photos you have permission to share, including appropriate permission for anyone pictured. Remove embedded location information from photos before uploading them. Contact us to request removal of a published gallery photo or rider profile.

Retention and your choices

We retain account, order, design and proof records to support orders, reorders, customer service and business recordkeeping. Automatic deletion periods are not currently configured for WooCommerce account and order records; those records may remain until reviewed or removed. Backups and provider records may have separate retention periods.

You can update available account information through WARP HQ. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, legal, security or order-related obligations; a deletion request does not necessarily remove every record immediately.

Policy changes

We will update this page when our practices change. This policy does not limit privacy rights that apply under law.

Optional website analytics

If you choose Accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, browser and device information, approximate geographic information, and shopping activity such as product views, cart actions, checkout starts and purchases. Analytics uses cookies and sends technical and usage information to Google. We do not intentionally send rider names or numbers, contact details, artwork, design notes, passwords or payment-card information to Analytics. URL query strings and account pages are excluded from our tracking.

Analytics stays off until you accept. You may decline without affecting your cart, account or checkout. Use Cookie choices in the footer to change your choice; withdrawing consent stops future Analytics tracking and clears the Analytics cookies accessible to this website. Your choice is stored on this browser for up to six months. Advertising features are disabled. Learn more about Google's privacy practices. Information already processed by Google is not automatically erased when you withdraw consent; contact us with privacy requests.
